Raw Bar:
A daily, fresh assortment of oysters, clams,
jumbo shrimp, crab and other shellfish. Your

Seafood Appetizers:
• Jumbo sea scallops wrapped with applewood
smoked bacon, grilled and served with fresh
mozzarella, tomatoes and organic baby field
greens; drizzled with basil oil and balsamic
reduction
• King Crab Sautéed with lemon,
white wine, butter, basil and garlic with a
truffle infusion
Salads featuring Seafood:
• Organic baby field greens, pistachios,
hearts of palm, seasonal melon and cherry tomatoes
tossed with blood orange vinaigrette and topped
with sweet Maine lobster claw meat
• Lump crab, fresh seasonal berries and
tropical fruit over baby field greens tossed
in raspberry vinaigrette
Seafood Entrees:
• Cioppino - Maine lobster, Alaskan king
crab, jumbo shrimp, mussels, salmon, clams and
fresh fish of the day in a rich tomato broth;
served with a side of linguine and grilled garlic
bread
• Ahi Tuna Rubbed with wasabi, dredged
in Panko, pan seared and topped with lump crab
and shiitake-soy glaze
Surf and Turf:
• Add shrimp, prawns, lobster tail or
king crab legs to one of gourmet steaks
